Subscriptions



HEPCo has approximately 50,409 subscriptions until the end of 2017; most were installed due to facilitation campaigns


New Subscriptions

During the year 2017, 2175 new subscriptions were installed (1 phase & 3 phase).


Maintenance of Subscriptions:

HEPCo maintenance teams have maintained 5811 meters during 2017, as per following details:

  • Change of malfunctioning meters (1+ 3 phase)
  • Meters replacement
  • Temporary service disconnection (upon customer request)
  • Service reconnection (upon customer request)


Emergency

HEPCo Emergency Unit operates 24/7. During, 2017 HEPCo had four teams who received calls from customers and maintained with more than 5580 network malfunction cases and customers' urgent requests.

All technical teams have worked on high alert during winter and stormy days to respond to customers' requests and reduce cases of power outage.
